Technicien(ne) Maintenance Cuisines Professionnelles 2*8 F/H/NB - CDI
Job Summary:
Des attractions aux hôtels, en passant par les décors et les chars, les bâtiments support ou encore les entrepôts, nos équipes de maintenance ont un rôle clé : celui de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des installations de Disneyland Paris, tout au long de l’année.

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Maintenance Cuisines et des Chefs d’Equipe, le ou la Technicien(ne) de Maintenance des Cuisines Professionnelles réalise l'installation, la mise en service et la réparation des appareils et des équipements de nos cuisines professionnelles.
Et ce, en garantissant le niveau de sécurité, de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de performance opérationnelle que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients tout en respectant nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos missions :
· Procéder à la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements de cuisine,
· Régler, contrôler et dépanner tous les appareils une cuisine professionnelle : fours, friteuses, tunnel de lavage, …,
· Être capable d'effectuer des diagnostics de panne : grâce à votre expertise vous serez à même de proposer des solutions de dépannage,
· Connaître et appliquer les normes d’installation, d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail.
Votre profil :
Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation type BEP/CAP/BP/BTS spécialisé dans le domaine des Fluides et des Energies (MAEMC ou FEE par exemple), vous justifiez d'une première expérience professionnelle en maintenance de Cuisines Professionnelles.
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en électrotechnique, vous êtes également autonome, impliqué(e) et vous aimez travailler en équipe.
Peut-être un vrai plus si vous êtes titulaire de l'attestation de manipulation des fluides frigorigènes cat.1.
Ce poste est basé à Marne-La-Vallée, en contrat CDI horaires 2*8 statut non cadre.
Flexibilité horaires et jours nécessaires.
Permis B Obligatoire depuis 2 ans minimum
