La division Revenue Management and Analytics à Disneyland® Paris :

Au sein de la division « Revenue Management and Analytics », en charge de l’optimisation et de la maximisation des revenus à Disneyland Paris, le département Revenue Optimization optimise les revenus générés par les entrées sur les 2 parcs et les nuitées des 7 hôtels de Disneyland Paris et est en charge de faire évoluer les outils permettant cette optimisation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2026 et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ?

                                                                                                                                            

Vos missions 🎯

Dans le cadre du projet d'évolution de notre système de revenue Management (RMS) :

  • Vous identifiez et formalisez les besoins de l'équipe projet
  • Vous mettez en place un outil de projet afin de faciliter l'organisation de l'équipe (visualisation des historiques, des décisions et des créations)
  • Vous assistez l'équipe projet dans leur différentes missions métier
  • Vous documentez les processus de travail actuel en coordination avec l'équipe Revenue Management
  • Vous partagez et animez les présentations à différents niveaux hiérarchiques

                                                                    

                                  

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparez un Master en Revenue Management / Hôtellerie / Economie / Mathématiques / Statistiques et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à temps plein à partir de janvier 2026
  • Une expérience préalable dans un poste en Revenue Management et/ou en Gestion de Projet est un plus
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais (B2/C1 minimum)
  • Vous avez une maîtrise professionnelle d’Excel (connaitre les formules les plus courantes)
  • La connaissance de VBA, Tableau, SAP, Jira est un plus
  • Vous êtes rigoureux : avoir le sens du détail, délivrer un travail de qualité au quotidien
  • Vous êtes curieux : poser des questions, aller au-delà des questions quand cela fait sens
  • Une bonne communication : aller chercher les réponses en contactant les bonnes personnes, restituer son travail
