Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?

Au sein de la Direction Finance de Disneyland Paris, la division Commercial est en charge de l'analyse des résultats, de la mesure des actions opérationnelles et du suivi budgétaire des activités commerciales de l'entreprise.

Au sein de cette équipe, vous serez en support de l'analyste en charge de la consolidation Commercial ainsi que des activités Client Relation Center et Consumer Studies Insight. Vous serez formé(e) et participerez à toutes les tâches attendues d'un contrôleur de gestion et également à la présentation de ces informations auprès des leaders opérationnels.

Vos missions :  🥽

  • Vous contribuez au processus budgétaire : participation à la clôture mensuelle (provisions, allocation analytique…) et à la mise à jour du forecast mensuel
  • Vous suivez et analysez la performance : analyse des écarts de la clôture et du prévisionnel vs Budget, année précédente et précédent prévisionnel
  • Vous participez à l'élaboration du budget et du Long Term Plan
  • Vous contribuez aux projets de transformation de l'entreprise : développement de reportings digitalisés (via les outils Power BI ou Tableau) pour l'équipe
  • Vous participez aux travaux de consolidation de la division (reporting, communication)
  • Vous participez à des études ad'hoc et projets transversaux
  • Vous collaborez avec les services opérationnels (Finances, RH, achats etc.)

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparez un diplôme niveau bac+4/5 en Universitaire ou en Ecole de commerce spécialité : Contrôle de gestion, Finance et/ou Audit
  • Vous recherchez une alternance de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026
  • Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C2) et anglais intermédiaire (B2)
  • Vous maitrisez le pack Office notamment Excel, Powerpoint
  • Des connaissances en outils de visualisation de données tels PowerBi et/ou Tableau serait un plus
  • Vous êtes curieux, organisé, rigoureux et avez l’envie d’apprendre
  • Vous avez l’esprit collaboratif et avez un sens de l’analyse aigue avec une appétence pour la gestion de data
