The Walt Disney Company has an opening for a versatile and highly trained Painter Computer Graphics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop externally facing collateral for both digital and print purposes using brand templates with style sheets, including social media, website, print and digital advertising assets
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs at live events for marketing materials, social media and promotional content
- Maintain a digital library of multimedia assets, ensuring organization, accessibility and proper version control
- Lead multiple graphic design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality brand standards with excellent attention to detail
- Work closely with Marketing and Food & Beverage team to align assets with overall marketing strategies and campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of multimedia content
- Ensure that all content is consistent with our brand guidelines and messaging
- Support park-wide and event theming needs with the fabrication, installation/strike and maintenance/repair of signage and graphics
- Complete requests for signage, scenic, and other graphic design elements from all areas of the parks, including Culinary, Merchandise, Operations, Zoo/Education, Entertainment, etc
- Render drawings, sketches, illustrations, or models of design concepts and present for approval
- Translate creative concepts into renderings and designs and provide instruction for fabrication
- Perform high quality, high resolution post-production photo retouching on images by cloning
- Perform color correcting, compositing, adding shadows, light, and using complex image masks and adjustment layers
- Assist with material inventory process
Basic Qualifications:
- Valid Florida state driver’s license required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on vector-based designs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
- Portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and technical abilities
- Passion for graphic design and brand storytelling, with a desire to grow within an organization
- Understanding production processes and materials, and adapting designs to work effectively in different formats, such as print, packaging, or digital displays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently at times or collectively as a member of a team
- Comfortable balancing multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to climb a ladder and work at heights between 6 and 65 feet
- Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
- Comfortable working around fumes/dust/odor
- Physical role requiring heavy lifting (50 pounds), pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, prolonged standing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree with a focus in Graphic Design or related field or combination of education and experience, 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Schedule Availability:
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Schedules and start times are subject to vary.
