職務内容:

  • Disney, Pixar, MARVEL, Star Wars, 20世紀スタジオブランドを最大限に活用し、各ライセンシー企業のニーズに応じたデザイン、アイデアを提供し、パートナーシップを強化する
  • ディズニーのラインセンスビジネスにおいて、アカウントマネジメントチーム、およびマーケティングチームと連携し、売上およびブランド価値を最大化するためのクリエイティブ・デザインを提供する
  • バディとなる営業担当と協業して担当ライセンシーへの企画提案を行い、CPGPの施策に合ったフランチャイズの商品化の最大化を促進する。
  • 担当カテゴリーの商品、ブランドに関して、最新の消費者・市場トレンドを把握し、チームへ共有・提言する
  • ライセンシーとのワークフローの管理
  • WEBシステムを通しての担当ライセンシーの商品デザイン監修

必須条件:

  • 3年以上の社会人経験、グラフィックデザインの実務経験（イラストレーター、フォトショップ、keynoteの基礎技術）
  • グラフィックデザインの作成（イラストレーター、フォトショップを使用して商品デザイン提案を作成。）
  • 一般消費財/パッケージ/トレンド分析/商品開発プロセス/グラフィックデザインへの見識
  • 消費者・市場・小売業界トレンドの把握能力
  • 新たなコンセプト、アイデアを競争力のある商品へと具現化し、社内メンバー、ラインセンシーへ自身でプレゼンできる能力
  • クライアントのニーズをチームで共有し、自身でデザインに反映させる能力
  • 高いコミュニケーションスキル、チームプレイヤー
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベルあれば尚可
