At Disney Experiences Technology (DXT), our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.

Reporting to the Manager, Technology - this role is part of the US Parks Technology team responsible for working with site partners to develop, define, and execute the strategic direction of ticketing and commercial initiatives for U.S. Parks and Resorts.

This role will be highly integrated with business and technology stakeholders throughout all phases of the product lifecycle to ensure initiatives delivered business and guest value.

What You’ll Do:

Own the product vision and roadmap across the full delivery lifecycle.
Advocate for the product internally and externally, communicating its features, benefits, and value.
Define and track performance metrics to inform decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
Facilitate alignment and negotiation with business and product partners.
Prioritize initiatives with cross-functional teams, managing complex discussions.
Conduct market research to assess trends, competition, and customer needs.
Lead discovery for new capabilities, documenting current and future states.
Drive requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and execution.
Build strong relationships across product, engineering, design, commercial, and support teams.
Identify risks and dependencies, proposing mitigation strategies.
Lead capability mapping and functional design sessions.

Technical Responsibilities

Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in Product Roadmap development including technical aspects including APIs and Integrations
Business technical expertise in data analysis and visualization to tell stories, identify opportunities for technology innovation, and communicate them effectively for problem solving.
Define and map how a piece of data translates between different systems.
Creation of business sequence and process flow diagrams. Understanding and creating of sequence diagrams and processes via process engineering.

What you will need:

Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in product management, technology delivery, or strategy development.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in developing and managing strategic roadmaps that align technology initiatives with overarching business objectives.
Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives, integrating diverse perspectives to drive innovative, enterprise-wide solutions.
Extensive experience across the software delivery lifecycle, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact outcomes.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, leveraging stakeholder input to navigate challenges and achieve resolution.
Excellent ability to facilitate complex discussions and effectively pitch forward-thinking solutions.
Advanced proficiency in crafting detailed business and functional requirements.
Skilled in using collaboration platforms to document, share, and communicate with clarity and precision.
Expert in leveraging visualization tools to distill and convey complex concepts through simple, impactful visuals.
Background in the hospitality industry is a valued asset.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
