About the Role & Team

We are looking for Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be a part of a dynamic team working for the European leader in leisure. This is a challenging position with great autonomy and a real opportunity to develop professional skills.

On this role You will help develop and execute of Disneyland Paris marketing & sales plan and actions. The objective for the team is to create maximum visibility & awareness of our destination among the various Belux B2B partners to improve their product knowledge and sales and align the communication with B2C.

This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our Brussels office and 1 day from home. 

What You Will Do

Strategy

  • Develop the yearly trade marketing plan together with the Head of Sales & Head of Marketing

  • Ensure all activity is properly launched & measured and evaluated against agreed criteria

Marketing

  • (Co-)Develop creative materials needed for our different trade channels and partners (travel agencies, group, ticket partners, affiliation) to promote DLP e.g. digital assets, in store materials

  • Responsible for the declination of the Belgian versions of the various Disneyland Paris brochures, newsletters, online trainings etc.

  • Supply the right creative assets to partners and at the same time responsible for adherence to guidelines and approval of creative artwork by partners

  • Ad hoc support for Marketing & PR team

Digital

  • Responsible for the local execution and maintenance of the dedicated trade training app/platform together with central teams

  • Responsible for the local execution of the newsletter program for travel agents enrolled in our database together with central teams

  • Affinity with social media to lead, feed and grow dedicated Disneyland Paris Trade Facebook pages and app community

  • Prepare and co-host online training workshops & webinars

Events

  • (Co-)organize and execute Educational travel agent trips to Disneyland Paris

  • Organize local roadshow training events for travel agents

Relational

  • Develop & maintain working relationships with trade partners to give them marketing support and understand their needs with regards to Trade marketing opportunities and help them better showcase our destination

  • Develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders from central teams / other country trade marketing teams to leverage & report best practices / key learnings

Trade Press

  • Write trade press articles about Disneyland Paris novelties, product updates to be send to trade partners in order to maximize our visibility via those print and online channels

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Marketing/Communication studies preferred

  • A first experience in marketing/communication is a bonus

  • Knowledge of Belgian tourism marketplace is a plus

  • Able to work in a matrix organisation with central Headquarters and local team managing the business

  • Bilingual Dutch/French with professional English

  • Able to work in a collaborative, team oriented, fast paced environment

  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise and take initiative

  • Well organized

  • Should be proactive and able to contribute ideas to develop our business

  • Strong communication skills

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop is a plus)

  • Interest in the product and its audience is a plus

  • Limited travel to Disneyland Paris may be required

  • Limited travel within Belgium is required for field trade events
