Job Summary:

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Motion Graphics Designer should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, layout techniques and experience in execution of digital projects from conception to production.
Ultimately, the role requires to ensure the design team promotes our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines. The Sr. Motion Graphic Designer will deliver high quality assets for all social media platforms, helping reach target audiences with a consistent and fresh message. Also in a hands-on role, overseeing projects and ensuring the team meets tight deadlines.  An Integral part of our in-house digital creative team which will help raise the quality and meet strategic goals.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR  
(Main responsibilities & significant tasks and/or projects of the position)

1.  Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations, including adaptations for digital media, TV, and OOH platform

2.   Development of style frames and storyboards, creation of graphic packages, and animation proposals aligned with brand identity for TV spots and social media platforms.

3.  Design high quality content across all relevant social and digital channels. Making sure the message is always clear, consistent and fresh for all target audiences.

4.  Conceptualize and generate ideas to meet objectives, strategies and needs.

5.  Produce presentation and graphics for pitch presentations.

6.  Review the work of junior designers to ensure high quality.

7.  Manage collaboration with multiple teams, establishing workflows and developing creative work.

8.  In a “hands on” role, oversee projects from concept to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS
(skills + expertise) 

  • Experience in graphic design for digital platforms and Tv
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience producing 2D designs. Ideally, 5+ years of experience producing both 2D and 3D designs.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects with the ability to create, edit, and export assets efficiently.
  •  Plus Intermediate knowledge C4D
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
  • Passionate on creating excellent design work, motivated to share and learn with your design team, and driven to improve.
  • Thorough understanding of responsive design principles for mobile design.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and strong time-management skills.
  • Highly collaborative, flexible, and ready to work with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, experience with content strategy, and understanding marketing business goals.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the design team and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Thrives working in iterative environments, across teams and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners.
  • Solid Knowledge of fundamental motion graphics design principles that affect typography, composition, color, use of space and hierarchy of information.
  • Have a very strong understanding of current digital and social media trends.
