Job Summary:

If this doesn't sound like your typical rotation program, it's because it is not! The rotational program will give you unique opportunities to grow professionally in The Walt Disney Company. You will have access to various options to perform and gain tangible experience within some of the fastest-growing businesses within the Disney Experiences Segment specifically within the Disney Signature Experiences (DSE) Division. Our goal is to provide a springboard for launching a successful career at The Walt Disney Company.

The Disney Signature Experience Rotational Program is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with a hands-on learning experience with Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Commercial Strategy, or Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions. Participants will be able to experience this rotational program, rotating to 2-3 different positions over 18 months.

The DSE Marketing Rotational Associate will be an in-office role located in Celebration, FL. The associate may travel locally within the WDW resort area for certain site visits, meetings and projects as well as within the state of Florida as needed. The Rotational Associate will gain experience within the Disney Cruise Line (DCL), Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions (A&E) Marketing teams. Note we have 2 positions available within DSE Marketing.  

We are currently seeking undergraduate seniors or final year graduate students available for full-time employment beginning June 2026.

You Will Do/Responsibilities:

  • Tackle relevant projects 

  • Participate in a robust development curriculum 

  • Develop critical technical and leadership skills 

  • Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders 

  • Support Disney Cruise Line's growth through communication planning and tactical execution

  • Leverage consumer insights and research to provide relevant strategic input to marketing partners

  • Assist in the development of DCL social media plans that help foster brand awareness and engagement

  • Support marketing activities for A&E, in partnership with social media teams, in-house creative agency, and digital teams, to achieve seamless execution of marketing communication plans

  • Upon completion of the program, successful participants will be placed in a role in alignment with their development, setting them up for future opportunities 

You Will Have/Required Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of experience (including internships) within the Marketing or related field

  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working on presentation decks and presenting projects and findings to all level of staff.

  • Keen organizational skills and attention to detail. Interest in continuing career within Marketing (and passionate about the travel industry).

  • Experience working in an agile environment where direction and priorities may shift and change quickly.

  • Experience looking at data and making recommendations based on the insights. Experience being a Visual storyteller to a variety of partners is preferred. 

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment 

  • Comfortable working with confidential information that has not been released to the public yet.

  • Experience working with Microsoft products including Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint (or Apple Keynote), Excel, Teams

  • Access to dependable transportation is required for travel to multiple locations within the state of Florida.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Internship experience within Marketing, Strategy, Social Media, Digital or related field

  • Previous experience or knowledge of Go to Market strategy for product launches, organic social media, website development, email marketing, direct mail, etc.

  • Experience working with Canva and other advanced software programs (including graphic design software)

  • Experience interacted with a variety of cross functional partners including Public Relations, Media Planning, Digital, Operations and more

  • Experience having the confidence to lead/project manage meetings, projects and initiatives with guidance from executives and mentors.

  • Practical or university/classes within Business, Marketing, Strategy, etc.  

  • Understanding of the A&E and DCL products and offerings

  • May have the need for domestic and international work travel; possess a valid passport

Required Education: 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (completed between Summer 2025-Summer 2026)
