En lien avec les priorités de l’organisation, l’équipe Talent Management porte, fait évoluer et inspire la culture de gestion intégrée des talents (ITM) afin de soutenir la performance individuelle et collective de notre entreprise, créer les conditions pour identifier et accompagner le développement et la rétention des talents.

Vos Missions ?

Avec un esprit de curiosité et d’ouverture, une veille constante sur les besoins de l’entreprise et les évolutions des pratiques du marché, vous assurez le :

Développement des individus et des équipes :

  • En tant qu’expert.e de développement des talents, agir auprès des HRBP pour la promotion et la mise en œuvre des solutions et activités ITM auprès des clients internes, de manière pédagogique, flexible et proactive, en renforçant l’autonomie des parties prenantes et en soutenant le changement de pratiques/comportements de façon pérenne.
  • En tant que facilitateur.trice, développer, porter et animer des actions individuelles et/ou collectives de développement des talents dans le cadre de nos stratégies, et en partenariat avec les équipes HRBP et Formation.
  • En tant que coach, accompagner les talents clés (Manager, Senior Manager, Exécutifs), en capitalisant sur les outils dédiés (matrices ITM, outils d’intégration, de développement et d’évaluation des salariés…).

Management de Projets :

  • Coconstruire des solutions permettant de renforcer la culture de la performance et de la carrière, optimiser les pratiques, outils et ressources au service du développement des leaders et des collaborateurs.
  • Collaborer avec les interlocuteur.trices clés pour renforcer l’écosystème autour de la gestion des talents (partenaires ressources humaines « HRBP », les « COEs » centres d’expertise RH : Formation, Diversité & Inclusion, Recrutement/Mobilité Interne, Marque Employeur, Rémunération Globale,...), les centres d’expertise Talent de La Walt Disney Company et bien sûr, nos clients internes.
  • Développer avec l’appui des équipes de Communication Interne, de Marque Employeur, Formation, Communication RH, des plans de communication intégrés pour promouvoir et soutenir les programmes ITM
  •  Assurer les retours d’expérience sur les initiatives et les analyses d’impacts des actions déployées dans le cadre de notre gestion intégrée des talents, de manière transversale au sein de l’entreprise, et dans une volonté d’amélioration continue (« test & learn »).

Vos atouts pour réussir ?

  • Vous avez une expérience de 10 ans minimum dont au moins 5 acquises en tant qu’expert dans le développement des talents.
  • Une certification et/ou la pratique confirmée en coaching de leaders (managers, directeurs…) ainsi qu’une expérience dans l’accompagnement des plans de successions sont exigées.
  • Une expérience dans le pilotage d’initiatives transversales liées au Talent Management (gestion des performances, projets Talent Management…) ainsi qu’une expérience préalable en tant que leader d’équipe ou leader fonctionnel sont souhaitées
  • Langues (Lu/Ecrit/Parlé) : Français et Anglais courants (minimum niveau C1) avec une excellente capacité de communication orale et rédactionnelle.
  • Informatique : Pack office avec un bon niveau en Powerpoint et Excel, et la connaissance de l’outil Workday souhaitable.
  • Votre expérience en animation/facilitation de groupes de travail divers pour coconstruire des solutions de manière créative, inclusive et pragmatique, couplée de votre esprit d’analyse et énergie positive à conjuguer l’excellence opérationnelle et la gestion des priorités dans un environnement multiculturel, fluctuant et complexe, vous permettront de réussir dans ce rôle.
