Au sein du Département « Total Rewards » (Rémunération Globale) de la division Ressources Humaines de Disneyland Paris, l’équipe Compensation and Benefits (Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux) a en charge la mise en place d’un système de rémunération cohérent pour l’ensemble des employés ainsi que la revue des avantages sociaux de façon régulière et l’accompagnement de la Direction dans l’application de la politique de rémunération et avantages

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Chef(fe) de Projets Rémunération F/H/NB en CDI pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Vos futures missions ?

  • Participer à la définition et au déploiement des programmes de rémunération majeurs au sein de l’entreprise ;
  • Participer à la déclinaison de la politique de rémunération de l'entreprise pour l'ensemble des salariés, visant à attirer, fidéliser et engager les talents et ce en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et Inclusion ;
  • Veiller à la bonne réalisation des missions qui vous sont confiées et des engagements co-définis avec votre hiérarchie ;
  • Analyser et effectuer une veille sur les systèmes de rémunération individuels et collectifs tout en regardant leur positionnement par rapport aux benchmarks internes et externes afin de maintenir la compétitivité et recommander les évolutions nécessaires.
  • Former et informer les clients internes sur les différents aspects de la politique de rémunération en fonction du besoin ou de l'actualité.

Vos atouts pour réussir ?

  • Idéalement de formation Bac+4/5 (Economie/Gestion/RH/Relations Sociales), vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire ;
  • Vous avez impérativement une expérience confirmée sur la méthodologie de classification des fonctions Willis Towers Watson ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et notamment Excel, et pratiquez couramment le français (niveau C1 minimum) et l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum).
