Job Summary:

Depuis sa réouverture en janvier 2024, le Disneyland Hotel incarne plus que jamais l’excellence de l’hospitalité Disney, dans un univers royal unique à l’entrée du Parc Disneyland.
Avec l'ouverture de La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert, l’hôtel a étoffé son offre gastronomique en proposant une table d'exception où chaque plat raconte une histoire inspirée du monde Disney et des souvenirs d'enfance du Chef.

Vos missions :

  • Accueillir, renseigner et orienter les clients dès l'arrivée
  • Être en charge du placement des guests en salle et du plan des tables en collaboration avec le.la responsable du service
  • Gérer le vestiaire, le standard téléphonique ainsi que l’utilisation du logiciel de réservations
  • Evoluer en étroite collaboration avec le.la responsable du service et de l’ensemble de l’équipe pour assurer un service d’excellence
  • Garantir les prestations d’un établissement de luxe auprès de nos guests
Votre profil :
  • Idéalement diplômé.e d’une école hôtelière ou de tourisme/évènementiel, vous avez impérativement une première expérience similaire et/ou avez fait votre alternance dans un établissement prestigieux
  • Vous avez la capacité à exceller dans un environnement exigeant, en gardant une attitude positive et un sens aigu du détail
  • Un niveau confirmé en français, anglais et troisième langue européenne est indispensable
  • Vous êtes flexible et pouvez être amené.e à travailler jusqu’à 01h00, en semaine comme durant les week-ends
