Ce que vous ferez 🌟

Intégré(e) à l’équipe de service d’étages de l’un de nos Hôtels, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Management : animer, encadrer et motiver votre équipe, préparer les briefings.  Vous veillerez à l’organisation et au suivi de l’activité sur le terrain pour assurer la meilleure expérience pour nos visiteurs

  • Coaching : accompagner vos collaborateurs et partager vos compétences pour cultiver l’esprit d’équipe

  • Supervision : vérifier le travail de nettoyage des chambres et des partie communes en assurant le confort et en répondant aux demandes particulières de nos visiteurs

  • Communication : assurer les échanges entre les équipes, les prestataires et les différents services

  • Optimisation des résultats : participer à la stratégie managériale du service (suivi qualité, facturation, gestion du linge, respect des règles de sécurité et hygiène, etc.)

  • Respect des standards : garantir la qualité d’accueil et de service attendue, avec un souci du détail qui fait la différence.

  Ce que nous recherchons 💼

  • Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 ou Master en Hôtellerie

  • Langues : français courant (C2) et anglais intermédiaire (B1). Une troisième langue européenne (B1) est un plus.

  • Vous avez une première expérience en hébergement hôtelier

  • Leadership : vous prenez des initiatives et guidez votre équipe autour d'objectifs communs

  • Relationnel : vous faites preuve de diplomatie et réactivité dans la gestion des situations et vous aimez la collaboration

  • Flexibilité : vous êtes prêt(e) à accompagner votre équipe avec des horaires flexibles (semaine/weekend), entre 6h30 et 00h00

  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B depuis au moins 2 ans afin de conduire ponctuellement un véhicule de société
