El/la Jr Analyst, Accounting & Controllership se unirá al equipo para garantizar que las cuentas por pagar se validen conforme a las regulaciones fiscales vigentes y se procesen de manera precisa y oportuna.
El rol también incluye la creación de órdenes de compra bajo el perfil de comprador ocasional para el equipo de Contabilidad y Control, así como el seguimiento de los reportes de gastos de las tarjetas corporativas para asegurar su registro y conciliación en tiempo y forma dentro del sistema contable.

Responsabilidades del rol:

Revisar y validar los códigos fiscales de las facturas de proveedores recibidas a través del portal Coupa, asegurando el cumplimiento con las regulaciones fiscales vigentes para su correcto procesamiento dentro del ciclo de cuentas por pagar.
Monitorear las cuentas por pagar para garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos y términos contractuales.
Conciliar mensualmente los gastos en tarjetas corporativas, comparando los reportes detallados con las facturas emitidas, y mantener la documentación correspondiente.
Realizar el seguimiento y control mensual de los complementos de pago relacionados con cuentas por pagar.
Solicitar órdenes de compra según lo requiera el equipo de Contabilidad y Control, y asegurar el seguimiento oportuno hasta su procesamiento, pago y recepción del complemento de pago.

Lo que necesitamos de ti para ser parte de esta historia:

Graduados en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en roles similares.
Nivel de inglés intermedio.
Atención al detalle.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación, proactividad, trabajo en equipo.
Perfil colaborativo y con ganas de aprender.
