Depuis 1988, les Imagineers (composée d’équipes Etudes, Travaux, Show, Ride et Support), réalisent l’ensemble des lands et attractions de Disneyland Paris.
 

Aujourd’hui nos équipes sont engagées sur un vaste programme dédié au développement du parc Walt Disney Studios (futur Disney Adventure World).

Notre pôle Administration des Contrats, a besoin de vous, afin d’accompagner le pilotage et la digitalisation des processus d’achats et d’appels d’offres pour nos projets de construction en lots séparés, incluant notamment :

  • La conception, la fabrication et l’installation de manèges, d’éléments de décors imposants, et d’infrastructures techniques complexes
  • L’acquisition de services d’ingénierie de maîtrise d’œuvre, d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage, et de prestations intellectuelles spécialisées

En tant que Coordinateur(trice) Sourcing Achats F/H/NB, vous aurez à :

  • Contribuer à la stratégie d’allotissement et à la sélection des soumissionnaires.
  • Collecter et structurer les besoins pour la préparation des appels d’offres.
  • Piloter le processus de recherche de nouvelles entreprises et fournisseurs en coordination avec les équipes projets.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les dossiers de consultation à partir des modèles types.
  • Coordonner le lancement des appels d’offres via les outils internes (ex : COUPA).
  • Suivre les plannings des appels d’offres, la réception et l’analyse des offres.
  • Organiser les réunions de visite de chantier et de clarifications.
  • Vérifier les pièces administratives des soumissionnaires, notamment les assurances.
  • Évaluer la stabilité financière des soumissionnaires et leur adéquation avec les lots à attribuer.
  • Analyser la dépendance économique des soumissionnaires vis-à-vis d’autres projets en cours.
  • Préparer les réunions d’attributions, et contribuer à la sélection des fournisseurs.
  • Mettre à jour et gérer la base fournisseurs (ex : Excel, AirTable).
  • Veiller à la conformité documentaire et à l’utilisation des modèles standards validés.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et processus d’achats dans le respect des procédures internes et du groupe.
  • Apporter un support aux équipes opérationnelles sur les aspects achats et appels d’offres.
  • Participer à la négociation des documents contractuels.
  • Rechercher des axes d’optimisation dans la fonction sourcing, achats, gestion des appels d’offres et gestion contractuelle.
  • Être force de proposition et accompagner la mise en place de nouveaux outils digitaux adaptés.

Votre profil :

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en Achats Internationaux ou en Management des Achats.

Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans le sourcing (stage ou alternance pris en compte) notamment en marchés privés dans les secteurs de la construction et du BTP, où vous avez pu approfondir vos connaissances des processus d’achats et d’appels d’offres (recherche de nouvelles entreprises, analyse financière des soumissionnaires, évaluation des risques, négociation contractuelle).

Vous avez une connaissance des outils de sourcing pratiqués sur le marché français.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques : Microsoft Office (word, Excel,SharePoint), Airtable

Vous avez un niveau d’anglais de niveau C1 minimum vous permettant de travailler avec des outils, collaborateurs et entreprises anglophones.
