Job Summary:

A Disneyland Paris plus de 850 événements sont organisés chaque année. L’équipe Support Coordination est au cœur de la réalisation de plusieurs types d’événements dans nos Parcs et, en étroite collaboration avec de nombreux partenaires, nos équipes garantissent le bon déroulement de l’événement pour créer des expériences uniques.

Ce que vous ferez 🌟

  • Participer à l’organisation et à la préparation des événements, dans le respect du cahier des charges, des délais et du budget alloué
  • Assurer la coordination et le suivi des équipes opérationnelles sur le terrain afin de garantir le bon déroulement des prestations
  • Gérer les imprévus en apportant des solutions adaptées
  • Faciliter la communication entre les différents services et interlocuteurs pour une gestion fluide et efficace

                                                         
Ce que nous recherchons 💼

  • Vous préparez un Master dans le domaine de l’événementiel et justifiez d’une expérience dans ce secteur  
  • Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C2) et d’anglais intermédiaire (B2)
  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office
  • Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’analyse et êtes force de proposition  
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l’organisation et de la communication, votre adaptabilité et rigueur
  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est demandée (nuits, jours fériées et week end)
