Job Summary:

L’équipe Production Spectacle est au cœur de la création et de la réalisation de shows, parades et événements de Disneyland® Paris. En tant que centre névralgique d'un projet Spectacle, le service collabore étroitement avec de nombreux partenaires internes et externes pour innover et créer des expériences uniques.

Ce que vous ferez 🌟

  • Réaliser le planning artistique d’un projet, rédiger et faire évoluer les documents de production (Production Book) depuis la phase initiale de conception
  • Organiser les réunions de suivi de production et rédiger les comptes rendus
  • S’occuper de la saisie, du suivi et de la réception des commandes nécessaires au projet
  • Gérer la logistique opérationnelle du projet
  • Apporter son soutien aux collaborateurs, aux coordinateurs et à tout autre membre du projet

                                                         
Ce que nous recherchons 💼

  • Vous préparez un Master dans le domaine de la gestion de projets avec une spécialisation dans l’évènementiel, le spectacle, l’audiovisuel et justifiez d’une expérience dans ce secteur  
  • Vous faites preuve d’adaptabilité et rigueur
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l’organisation et de la communication
  • Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C2) et d’anglais avancé (C1)
  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office  
  • Vous avez idéalement un permis de conduire B depuis au moins 2 ans afin de conduire le véhicule de société  
  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est demandée (nuits, jours fériées et week end ponctuels lors des répétitions)
