Job Summary:

  La division Spectacle à Disneyland® Paris :   

Le département Coordination Opération Spectacle, garantit la bonne application des procédures d’intégration et de sécurité au sein de la Division spectacle.    

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ? Votre stage peut débuter à partir de janvier 2026. 

  

   

Vos missions 🎯   

  • Vous participez aux missions d’intégration des nouveaux arrivants
  • Vous communiquez les impacts aux équipes opérationnelles
  • Vous accompagnez les Cast Members lors des sessions pour garantir l’organisation avec les partenaires ( WFI notamment )
  • Vous assurez la planification et l’organisation des créneaux d’essayage
  • Vous accompagnez et formalisez les sessions d’essayages pour tous les performers (possibilité de participer aux séances d’essayage dès 7h00 du matin occasionnellement)
  • Vous communiquez sur les procédures de suivi des essayages
  • Vous alimentez les bases de données digitales de nos spectacles et parade
  • Vous proposez des initiatives et participez à des projets d’amélioration au sein de votre service

  

  

Profil / Compétences 💼    

  • Vous préparez un Bachelor en Management des Organisations et/ou Evènementiel et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à temps plein   
  • Vous avez un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire (B2 minimum)   
  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et Canva
  • Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience dans le domaine du spectacle
  • Vous faites preuve d’ouverture d’esprit et d’une grande capacité d’écoute
  • Vous avez un esprit collaboratif, faites preuve d’agilité et de dynamisme face aux changements, et êtes doté d’une aisance relationnelle
  • Vous assurez une présence terrain régulière afin de comprendre les contraintes et ainsi, mieux répondre aux besoins opérationnels
