Depuis 1988, les Imagineers (composée d’équipes Etudes, Travaux, Show, Ride et Support), réalisent l’ensemble des lands et attractions de Disneyland Paris.
 

Aujourd’hui nos équipes sont engagées sur un vaste programme dédié au développement du parc Walt Disney Studios (futur Disney Adventure World).

Nous recherchons un Technicien Informatique de proximité H/F, afin de renforcer l’équipe déjà en place.


En tant que Technicien Informatique de proximité H/F :

  • Vous participez à l'installation et au maintien opérationnel des postes de travail des utilisateurs des deux entités

  • Vous assurez l'assistance niveau 1 et 2 aux utilisateurs (intervention à distance et/ou physique et/ou téléphonique, dépannage système : imprimantes, téléphone, logiciels …)

  • Vous traitez les tickets d'incidents et de demandes, et les escaladez si besoin.

  • Vous assurerez le bon fonctionnement du parc de machines comportant à la fois des PC sous Windows (7, 10) et des machines sous Mac OS X.

  • Vous intervenez dans la gestion de notre parc informatique

Vous prenez en charge, avec l’équipe, le process global d’entrée / sorties de collaborateurs sur le volet IT : de l'achats du matériel IT (PC, Mac, ...) au déploiement des logiciels sur les machines macOS et Windows 10.

  • Vous intervenez dans l’administration des systèmes :

Installer et configurer des logiciels sur Mac et PC (Adobe CC, Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray, Etc.)
Rédiger la documentation et notamment des tutoriels, des notices de support technique.
Effectuer des formations d’utilisation de certains logiciels et services.
Préparer les supports de déploiement applicatif.
Organiser les activités de déploiement Hardware/Software.
Répondre aux demandes de support.

Votre profil pour mener à bien ces missions ?:
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Bac +2 minimum (technicien information, maintenance informatique…).
Vous avec une expérience informatique de 3 ans minimum, idéalement acquise dans un service support en régie, service helpdesk…
Vous maitrisez Windows 10 et possédez de bonnes connaissances Microsoft, MacOs, Linux, réseaux et hardware.
Vos compétences techniques vous permettent de vous adapter aux utilisateurs et situations.
Vous êtes organisez et méthodique et rigoureux.
Vous savez faire preuve de bon sens et d’esprit d’analyse.
Vous êtes autonome, débrouillard et vous savez chercher par vous-même.
Vous avez un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire (vous permettant de lire et communiquer avec des collaborateurs anglophones).
 

Vous avez une réelle envie d’apprendre et vous aimez le travail en équipe.
Passionné d’informatique, vous souhaitez renforcer vos compétences et acquérir une véritable expérience du support multiplateforme.

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible, en CDI de Chantier (jusqu'à avril 2029).
Basé sur le parc Disneyland Paris.
Permis B boite manuel de plus de deux ans, obligatoire.
