Votre environnement :

Au sein du département Audience & Content Distribution Strategy, composé d’une cinquantaine d’experts, a pour mission de distribuer efficacement les différents contenus publicitaires Disneyland Paris à travers toute l’Europe.

Ils sont répartis sur trois équipes : Audience Management, Planning et Activation.

Pour rejoindre l’équipe Audience Management composée de 6 personnes, qui a pour but de définir la stratégie d’audience des campagnes de communications marketing digitales en utilisant la donnée de Disneyland Paris, du groupe Disney ou des plateformes et partenaires, nous recrutons notre prochain(e) Chef(fe) de Projets Audience & Data Strategy (F/H/NB) – CDI.

L’équipe est organisée de la façon suivante :

  • Par marché, pour la réalisation des recommandations d’audience pour les campagnes Programmatiques, Paid Social et emails
  • Par expertise, sur les différent outils et environnements utilisés (chaque expert doit faire monter le reste de l’équipe en compétence sur son outil pour les besoins quotidiens)
  • Par projets, dont le but est l’amélioration de la collecte de données ou leur utilisation dans les campagnes digitales.

 Vos missions :

Définir la stratégie data de Disneyland Paris :

  • Définir la stratégie de collecte et de qualification sur l’écosystème de Disneyland Paris de façon performante pour alimenter la base CRM
  • Identifier les acteurs pertinents pour améliorer la stratégie d’audience à laquelle vous devez répondre (partenaires fournisseurs de données ou outils)
  • Prendre le lead de projets transverses contribuer à l’amélioration de la stratégie data de Disneyland Paris : liés à la collecte de données, à des sujets de segmentation de la base CRM, outils pour améliorer le ciblage etc …

Réaliser les recommandations d’audience pour les campagnes marketing :

  • Sur les marchés dans votre scope, définir la stratégie d’audience en collaboration avec l’équipe activation et construisez les recommandations d’audience sur les différents outils d’activation média (Programmatique, Paid Social, Email) pour chaque campagne

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez une formation Bac+4/5 en école de commerce ou équivalent spécialisé en marketing digital.
  • Vous avez une première expérience significative de 4 ans minimum sur une fonction en marketing digital
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des environnements techniques et des métiers du digital. Une connaissance d’un ou plusieurs des outils suivants serait préférable : outils pour les campagnes programmatiques (DV360, The Trade Desk) ou Paid Social (Meta, Snapchat, Tik Tok) de l’écosystème Salesforce, Splio, Qualifio.
  • Vous êtes une personne de nature curieuse et vous êtes en veille constante face aux évolutions du marché des médias et de la data.
  • Vous êtes une personne de nature organisée, impliquée, rigoureuse et autonome dans la gestion et le pilotage de vos projets. Vous priorisez votre activité.
  • Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel et vous savez faire preuve d’innovation.
  • Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement en constante mutation.
  • Votre pratique du français et de l’anglais est au minimum de niveau C1 (indispensable).

  • Ce poste est basé à Marne-La-Vallée (Val d’Europe Bâtiment Citalys)
