Le rôle du Solutioning Architects
Le rôle de l'Architecte Solution à Disneyland Paris est de concevoir des solutions face à des problématiques exprimées par le métier, en analysant la demande sous les angles fonctionnels et applicatifs.
Attention : L’architecture technique (infrastructure, hébergement, cloud …) n’est PAS dans le périmètre des Solution Architects.
Les missions
Mener des études d’architecture solution :
Itérer sur le besoin du métier pour bien comprendre celui-ci et obtenir une expression de besoins fonctionnels et non fonctionnels claire et sans ambiguïtés
Interagir si nécessaire avec la sécurité et le légal Disney
Interagir éventuellement avec l’équipe Commerce Architecture (localisée aux USA), transverse à Disney Parks, Experiences and Products
Déterminer les systèmes, sous-systèmes et interfaces (nouveaux, existants, impactés) impliqués pour répondre à l’expression de besoin
Définir la manière dont la solution identifiée sera intégrée au sein du système d'information
Valider éventuellement des hypothèses applicatives techniques (potentiellement au travers de POC, ou d’analyse de code existant)
Présenter la solution proposée aux équipes de delivery (notamment System Architects / Tech Leads)
Le rôle de l’Architecte Solution est en soi peu technique, il n’implique pas de faire de conception détaillée et rarement de coder, mais un fort background technique est néanmoins indispensable, et la capacité à analyser et comprends un code source existant est un plus.
Les atouts pour réussir ?
Vous êtes le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) pour ce poste si vous:
Avez une formation supérieure en informatique.
Avez une expérience significative (> 10 ans) d’architecte dans le domaine web / mobile / API / intégration entre systèmes / data
Maîtrisez des modélisation d’architecture (UML notamment diagrammes de composants, de classe, de séquence, DDD, BPMN, etc.).
Maîtrisez les principes et modèles de conception d’intégration et d’architectures orientées services (couplage faible / cohérence forte, event driven architecture, etc.)
Avez une expérience dans l’architecture d’entreprise et en modernisation des SI.
Maitrisez les technologies d’intégration (comme les web services SOAP / REST API / Spring Batch / Talend / RabbitMQ / Kafka)
Maitrisez certains langages et frameworks de développement back (comme Java / Spring / SpringBoot), front (React / ReactNative / Angular / TypeScript )
Connaissez les solutions Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket)
Autres atouts :
Maîtrise du français et l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum, beaucoup d’interactions sont en anglais).
Capacité à communiquer avec différents types d’acteurs avec écoute et pédagogie
Vulgarisation pour convaincre vos interlocuteurs
