La division Revenue Management and Analytics à Disneyland® Paris :

Au sein de la division RMA "Revenue Management and Analytics", l'équipe Revenue Innovation a pour mission d'identifier et partager les besoins business afin de concevoir les outils de demain.

En ligne avec la vision stratégique d'optimisation des revenus, l'équipe recherche actuellement un(e) stagiaire H/F qui aura pour mission de participer aux phases de développement de ces outils et leur intégration dans les process quotidiens de l'équipe d'analystes.                                                                                                 

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2026 et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ?

           

                                                                                                                                            

Vos missions 🎯

  • Vous participez à la conception, au développement et à l'évaluation de modèles de machine learning et deep learning dans un cadre exploratoire et applicatif
  • Vous développez des prototypes (Proofs of Concept) répondant à des cas d'usage concrets, et accompagnez leur évolution vers des solutions industrialisées
  • Vous analysez de grands ensembles de données pour détecter des tendances, corrélations et proposer des insights pertinents pour les équipes métiers
  • Vous interagissez avec les équipes Data Engineering pour intégrer et traiter les données via des requêtes SQL optimisées
  • Vous contribuez à la valorisation de la donnée via la mise en place de modèles prédictifs utiles à la prise de décision                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

                                 

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparez un Master en Data Science et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à temps plein à partir de janvier 2026
  • Une expérience préalable dans un poste similaire est un plus
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais (C1 minimum)
  • Vous maîtrisez Python pour la data science et les principales librairies associées (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des algorithmes de machine learning et des fondamentaux du deep learning
  • Vous savez utiliser Git pour la gestion de version et le travail collaboratif
  • Vous utilisez le langage SQL pour manipuler de grandes quantités de données
  • Une première expérience avec les outils AWS (notamment Sagemaker) est un plus
  • Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux dans le travail avec un goût prononcé pour l'expérimentation et l'apprentissage continu
  • Vous possédez un bon esprit d'équipe avec une réelle envie de partager ses idées et d'échanger sur des sujets techniques
  • Vous êtes en mesure de vulgariser des sujets complexes auprès de profils non techniques
