Zur Verstärkung unseres Customer Retention Management Teams in München suchen wir nun einen Performance Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) der das nächste Kapitel unserer Streaming-Reise mitgestaltet.

Diese Position ist Teil des Performance Marketing Teams und spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gewinnung und Bindung von Abonnent:innen in der EMEA-Region. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und internationalen Teams setzt Du Kampagnen um, die unsere Zielgruppen begeistern und die Magie von Disney+ widerspiegeln.

Arbeitsort: München – 4 Tage pro Woche im Büro, mit der Möglichkeit, einen Tag pro Woche aus dem Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Koordination der Lokalisierung von Marketingmaterialien und Texten in Airtable sowie Steuerung der Produktion mit externen Agenturen und internen Kreativteams.

  • Bereitstellung von Marketing-Assets für eigene Kanäle und externe Partner, einschließlich Affiliates und CTV-Plattformen.

  • Sicherstellung der Qualität von Marketingmaterialien und Steuerung des Freigabeprozesses mit juristischen, lokalen und internationalen Teams.

  • Lokalisierung von Disney+ Landingpages in Zusammenarbeit mit Teams aus Großbritannien und den USA, um Marktrelevanz und Markenkonsistenz zu gewährleisten.

  • Unterstützung der Kampagnenintegration (u.a. durch Keyword Recherche für Google Ads Kampagnen)

  • Analyse der Effizienz von Marketingkampagnen, Erstellung von Reportings, Ableitung von Learnings und Entwicklung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und internationalen Teams zur Berücksichtigung länderspezifischer Anforderungen in der Kampagnenumsetzung.

  • Unterstützung von Influencer-Marketing-Initiativen durch kreative Konzeptentwicklung, Auswahl geeigneter Influencer und Koordination mit Agenturen.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Marketing, Medien oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.

  • Berufserfahrung im Marketing oder in der Medientechnologie ist von Vorteil – auch eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung ist willkommen.

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit digitalen Marketingplattformen wie Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, DV360, SA360 und YouTube.

  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten gleichzeitig zu steuern.

  • Souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Kreation, Media und Technik.

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Airtable, Jira, Trello sowie der Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail in allen Arbeitsbereichen.

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Medienumfeld, idealerweise in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation.
