L’offre de produit dérivés Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars et 20th Century Studios s’étend à toutes les catégories et est distribuée dans tous les réseaux de distribution. Disney travaille avec des licenciés très connus du grand public comme LEGO, Hasbro, Kiabi, Danone et Hachette.

Résumé du poste

Le département Disney Consumer Products, leader dans son domaine, est responsable du développement et de l’accompagnement des ventes des Produits Dérivés (jouets, textile, jeux-vidéos, livres, …) dans les différents réseaux de distribution : Grande Distribution, Enseignes Spécialisées et Pure Players sur le marché français.

Au sein de l’équipe Marketing et Retail, vous serez intégré.e sur l’ensemble des projets menés par les Responsables Compte-clés en charge des enseignes Spécialistes (Micromania, King Jouet, La Halle, Gémo, celio…).

Vous aurez une vision 360, très professionnalisante et complète, des activations promotionnelles conduites dans ces enseignes.

Missions

Vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble des clients suivants :

  • Les Spécialistes du jouet (JouéClub, King Jouet, La Grande Récré, Smyths Toys)

  • Les Spécialistes textiles (Gémo, La Halle, celio, …)

  • Les nouveaux circuits

Vos principales missions seront : 

  • Aider au développement des offres et opérations retail (magasins et online) :

Promotions, jeux-concours, animations sur les réseaux sociaux, … dans l’objectif de soutenir toutes les gammes de produits Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars en suivant les objectifs de la Société

  • Coordonner les projets Trade Marketing avec les équipes internes et prestataires externes :

    • Briefs et suivis créatifs, digital marketing, RP, …

    • Agences de communications, imprimeurs, plateformes logistiques, …

  • Suivre les opérations avec les enseignes (King Jouet, JouéClub, La Halle, Gémo, celio, …)

  • Préparer les bilans, piges et remonter les KPI

  • Aider à la coordination des événements Retail : Salons d’enseignes, Roadshows, Licensing Meeting

Profil

  • Etudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 Commercial / Marketing-Communication

  • Maîtrise du Pack Office (surtout Powerpoint)

  • Affinité avec les marques Disney, Pixar, Marvel et Star Wars, ou tout autre univers Pop Culture

  • Esprit créatif

  • Bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral

  • Autonomie, initiative, gestion de plusieurs projets en même temps

  • Esprit d’entreprise et de synthèse, aisance relationnelle à l’oral et à l’écrit

  • Affinité avec l’univers des jouets et de la mode est un plus
