Le département, « Land Development », en charge de l’aménagement du territoire du Val d'Europe vise à déployer un urbanisme cohérent et de qualité sur le long terme, à contribuer à l'activité économique, sociale et environnementale des territoires situés à proximité de la destination touristique et attirer des entreprises nationales et internationales. L'équipe dans laquelle vous travaillerez a la charge de grandes opérations urbaines et immobilières, tels que des programmes de logements, bureaux, développement de centre-ville ainsi que du suivi de la programmation et du foncier conformément à la convention signé avec l’Etat en 1987. 

Sous l’autorité de l’architecte Responsable du service CAO, vous assurez la réalisation des supports graphiques pour le projet Val d’Europe.

Vos missions : Exécution graphique mise en page et impression de différents projets de développement du site,

  • Traitement d’images, numérisation et retouches de photos
  • Dessin de plan de masse, plans, coupes et élévations
  • Travail sur photo aérienne, exploitation de documents topographiques
  • Recherche iconographique et réalisation de présentations, notamment sur PowerPoint
  • Réalisation des documents graphiques aux différents stades d'un projet d’urbanisme de l’échelle du bâtiment (plan masse, étude de réceptivité) à l’échelle urbaine
  • Elaboration de pièces écrites (directives d’urbanisme et architecturales)
  • Création et distribution des dessins et supports nécessaires aux présentations des projets, aux équipes internes et externes à Disneyland Paris
  • Bonne connaissance de l'environnement informatique et gestion des imprimantes et traceurs.

Votre profil :

Idéalement de formation BTS dessin technique Design Graphique, BTS Bâtiment,

Dessinateur projeteur

Bon esprit d’équipe et la capacité à prioriser

Flexible

Capacité d’adaptation à des situations d’urgence

Maîtrise avancée des outils informatiques : 

Environnement Windows Pro

AutoCAD

Suite Adobe (PhotoShop, Illustrator)

Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Power point, Excel)
