¿Cómo contribuirás tú a nuestra experiencia mágica?  

Buscamos un/a Editor/a Junior de video apasionado/a por el deporte y la producción digital, con ganas de aprender y crecer dentro de un equipo creativo y dinámico. La persona seleccionada apoyará en la producción, edición y publicación de contenido audiovisual para ESPN.com.mx y el canal de YouTube, asegurando que los videos sean atractivos, relevantes y optimizados para audiencias digitales.

El rol de Editor/a Junior de videos será responsable por:

  • Editar y montar contenido en video original de alta calidad, corto y largo, para YouTube y otras plataformas digitales.
  • Recortar y adaptar clips para Shorts, Reels y contenido social.
  • Asegurar calidad de audio, imagen y gráficos en los videos.
  • Grabar contenido de vídeo en estudios y en campo.
  • Entregar de manera puntual y precisa todos los elementos multimedia y publicarlos en múltiples plataformas.
  • Crear imágenes para las miniaturas de YouTube.
  • Cortar alertas y shows con sentido periodístico, respetando los derechos y la línea editorial de ESPN.
  • Colaborar y comunicarse constantemente con las áreas de ESPN Digital y producción.

Lo que necesitamos de ti para ser parte de esta historia:

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Domingo (con descansos entre semana) en el horario de 4pm a 12am (esto podría modificarse/ajustarse por algún proyecto puntual).
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en edición de video digital (YouTube, web o redes sociales).
  • Amplio conocimiento y pasión por el deporte.
  • Dominio de software de edición: Adobe Premiere, After Effects y/o Final Cut Pro.
  • Conocimientos básicos de edición de audio y video. Dominio de ángulos de cámara.
  • Conocimiento de tendencias, cultura digital y formatos de video para distintas plataformas.
  • Capacidad de trabajar en equipo, con iniciativa y buena comunicación.
  • Buena redacción y ortografía.
  • Creatividad y storytelling visual.
  • Capacidad de adaptación a múltiples proyectos y plazos cortos.
  • Atención al detalle y organización en la entrega de contenidos.
  • Proactividad para aprender nuevas herramientas y tendencias.
  • Inglés básico deseable (como mínimo para lectura y comprensión de textos).
