Werkstudent (w/m/d) - Studio Distribution

der unser Team bei der Verarbeitung von Film-Statistiken unterstützt. Du erhältst die Gelegenheit, in den abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsbereichen der Studio Distribution Abteilung aktiv mitzuwirken und praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln.  

Dein Job:

  • Verarbeitung von Filmstatistiken: Überprüfung, Erfassung und Abstimmung aktueller Besucher- und Umsatzdaten an festgelegten Wochentagen sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Plausibilitätskontrolle der wöchentlichen Kino-Toplisten. 

  • Kinoprogramm-Überprüfung: Regelmäßige Kontrolle des wöchentlichen Kinoprogramms, besonders hinsichtlich neuer Filmstarts. 

  • Überprüfung von Kinoaktionen: Betreuung und Verwaltung von Sonderaktionen wie Vorverkäufen, Ladies Nights, Mens Nights, Comic Nights und ähnlichen Veranstaltungen. 

  • Unterstützung bei Kinobuchungen: Mitwirkung bei der Bearbeitung aktueller Kinobuchungen, insbesondere zu Wochenbeginn, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Filmvorführungen und Sonderveranstaltungen sicherzustellen. 

  • Aktualisierung der Startliste: Pflege und Update der Filmstartlisten für Österreich/Schweiz 

  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten: Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Büroalltag, wie beispielsweise der Pflege der Arbeitsumgebung, Dokumentenmanagement und Postbearbeitung. 

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist noch mindestens ein Jahr eingeschrieben an einer Hochschule oder Universität  

  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Detailtreue und Proaktivität aus 

  • Daten, Listen und Reportings sind für Dich kein Hindernis   

  • Du hast Kenntnisse in gängigen PC-Anwendungen (MS-Office) und kannst dich schnell in neue Softwareprogramme einfinden  

  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift    

  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem kleinen Team und trägst aktiv zur Erreichung der Teamziele bei.

Bruttojahresgehalt ab 16.800 EUR, basierend auf einer Arbeitszeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche (wobei eine Überzahlung – abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung – ebenso möglich ist, wie Gehaltserhöhungen bei entsprechender Lernbereitschaft und Leistungsfähigkeit).
