How will you contribute to our magical experience?  

The Sr Business IT Analyst will be focused on providing business technology solutions for the enterprise that empower growth and enhance value across brands, geographies and organizations. The Business Engagement group is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the business stakeholders and internal & external stakeholders. The group works closely with business partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities. The group also facilitates communication and collaboration among the different teams and functions within the corporate division, ensuring alignment of goals, strategies, and expectations.

The Sr Business IT Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Leading planning sessions and managing product backlogs and sprint planning activities.
  • Conducting interviews, workflow and process analysis, and observation sessions to gather and refine requirements.
  • Collaborating with users, QA teams, and software engineers to design and map comprehensive user journeys.
  • Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and users across multiple regions, including APAC, LATAM, and EMEA.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for various projects, processes, and operational activities.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals, ensuring solutions deliver value and meet expectations.
  • Identifying and proposing opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Designing and delivering training sessions on system functionalities to end users.
  • Actively participating in initiatives focused on process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Communicating effectively with users, stakeholders, and team members regarding releases, outages, and key updates.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Completed studies in IT or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency—fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with excellence in both written and verbal expression.
  • A collaborative team player with proactive mindset and strong ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment. Demonstrates emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and ownership.
  • Expert-level knowledge in your area of specialization, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerApps). Experience in business process modeling and improvement is highly valued.
  • Applies best practices and insights from internal and external sources to enhance products or services.
  • Capable of solving complex problems and offering fresh perspectives on existing solutions, using sound judgment based on diverse information sources.
  • Skilled at communicating complex or sensitive information clearly and constructively, with a focus on building consensus.
  • Makes a meaningful impact across customer interactions, operational processes, projects, and services—both within your team and across related teams—while operating within broad guidelines and policies.
