About the Role
 

Disney+ MENA is seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Lead to drive impactful storytelling across the region. This role serves as the central creative hub for all internal teams that rely on visual and narrative expression, including Brand, Partnerships, CRM, Social, and Performance Marketing.

The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of creative instinct, strategic clarity, cultural fluency, and operational discipline. They will be solutions-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel in cross-functional collaboration. This role is key to maintaining global brand standards while championing creative excellence rooted in local relevance.
 

Responsibilities
 

Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure creative workflows run smoothly from brief to final delivery, with clear expectations, timelines, and ownership.
Manage and mentor members of the creative team, empowering them to lead projects and grow within a high-performance environment.
Oversee all stages of campaign development, ensuring alignment with briefs, budgets, resources, and deadlines.
Continuously improve creative processes, workflows, and asset management systems, with a focus on localization and relevance for MENA audiences.
Act as the central point of contact for all Disney+ asset requests across MENA, ensuring speed, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Manage freelance and agency partnerships, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead regular reporting on creative briefs, project statuses, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Facilitate structured team check-ins to identify roadblocks, align priorities, and maintain visibility across creative efforts.
Coordinate and manage daily schedules and output across the creative team, including freelance contributors.
Oversee day-to-day production needs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on-brand, and within scope.
Maintain high standards of quality control for all creative output, ensuring alignment with internal brand standards and third-party approval processes.
Organize and lead regular creative syncs and team meetings to foster a culture of clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
 

Experience and Qualifications

Substantial experience leading creative services or brand/marketing production functions, ideally within a digital or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
Proven track record in managing campaigns tailored for the Saudi market (KSA experience is essential).
Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong writing, reviewing, and localization instincts.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact work across both brand and performance marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of creative workflows, timelines, and stakeholder management.
Experience managing a team or direct report, with a leadership style focused on growth, empowerment, and high standards.
Expertise in asset management systems, creative review tools, and multi-format production.
Strong collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments and balances creative excellence with operational discipline.
