Job Summary:

Au sein de la Direction Sécurité et Prévention des Risques, notre service Contrôle Qualité et Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs (QC AQF) recrute un(e) Chef(fe) de Groupe – Maintenance Terrain Contrôles Non Destructifs (CND).

Rattaché(e) directement au Manager Contrôle Qualité & Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs, vous prenez la responsabilité d’un périmètre stratégique centré sur les inspections terrain et le Contrôle Non Destructif (CND) pour les attractions/chars de la parade et pièces détachées usagées.

Vous encadrez :

  • L’équipe d’inspecteurs CND (MT/PT/UT)

  • Les prestataires in situ et ex situ assurant des contrôles sur pièces et équipements

Vos objectifs seront notamment de garantir la fiabilité et la sécurité des attractions, optimiser la gestion du flux terrain et des pièces usagées, et intégrer des solutions innovantes en inspection et ce, en respectant nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos Missions Principales :

1. Contrôles CND sur attractions et pièces détachées usagées

  • Organiser, superviser et réaliser des inspections CND sur les attractions et sur les pièces détachées issues du terrain (maintenance attraction et chars de la parade).

  • Assurer une veille technologique sur les nouvelles méthodes et équipements CND, et intégrer les solutions innovantes d’inspection afin d’améliorer la performance, la précision et la sécurité des contrôles.

  • Garantir la conformité aux normes réglementaires, aux standards Disney et aux exigences de sécurité.

2. Gestion du flux terrain et pièces détachées usagées

  • Planifier, suivre et optimiser les contrôles préventifs et correctifs via la GMAO (CMMS Maximo).

  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des équipes Maintenance Ride et des partenaires internes.

  • Assurer la réactivité et la traçabilité des interventions, y compris dans le cadre des astreintes.

3. Sous-traitance in situ / ex situ

  • Concevoir et piloter les schémas de sous-traitance en fonction de la charge et des priorités opérationnelles.

  • Quantifier les volumes externalisables, définir un budget et garantir la qualité des prestations.

  • Coordonner les prestataires in situ et assurer leur intégration aux processus QC.

4. Pilotage & Amélioration Continue

  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et assurer un reporting régulier. Animer les rituels de pilotage de son activité.

  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions d’optimisation de processus, en s’appuyant sur les méthodologies Lean Six Sigma.

  • Renforcer la fiabilité, la réactivité et la capacité opérationnelle du service dans un contexte de volumes croissants et d’infrastructures vieillissantes.

Votre Profil :

  • De Formation Ingénieur, vous avez minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans le ou les domaines suivants : spécialisation en CND, maintenance industrielle, inspection technique complexe ou production.

  • Idéalement, vous avez 2 ans d’expérience minimum en encadrement d’équipe et coordination de sous-traitance.

  • Idéalement, vous avez un niveau d’anglais B1 (intermédiaire).

  • Maîtrise des méthodes CND (COFREND Niveau 2 MT/PT/UT), ainsi que des normes et exigences liées à la 5817, aux procédés de soudage et à l’inspection visuelle.

  • Intérêt marqué pour l’innovation technologique et la veille active dans le domaine CND.

  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant en matière de sécurité.

  • Maîtrise des outils digitaux et gestion de bases de données (GMAO, GQAO, Power BI - outil de pilotage…)

  • Rigueur, organisation, esprit d’analyse et leadership.

Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDI - Statut Cadre - Poste basé à Chessy (77), présence sur site à temps plein (pas de télétravail)
