Job Summary:

La Direction Show Production & Costuming a la charge de déployer la stratégie costuming (Opérations et Spectacles) en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelle. Soucieux d’élever les standards de qualité tout en améliorant le confort du port de costumes, les équipes travaillent à leur amélioration continue en intégrant les besoins opérationnels et effectuent les contrôles qualité et en définissant la stratégie de blanchissage.

Ce que vous ferez 🌟

  • Réaliser et analyser les contrôles des seuils de durée de vie des costumes Opérationnels sur les parcs et hôtels à Disneyland Paris
  • Assurer des échanges réguliers avec nos partenaires internes (bureau d'études, costumings opérationnels, équipe prévisions et approvisionnements) et externes (prestataire de blanchisserie)                                                                   
  • Assurer le suivi des différents tests de nettoyage en tenant compte des matières et des conditions d'utilisation du costume sur le terrain
  • Réaliser les books de nettoyage en lien avec les différentes équipes
  • Réaliser le contrôle qualité à l’arrivée des costumes                    
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des process en lien avec la qualité des costumes                   

Ce que nous recherchons 💼

  • Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Licence ou Master dans le domaine du Textile (technique de l'habillement et qualité) et vous justifiez d’une première expérience dans le secteur
  • Vous avez une appétence pour le monde du spectacle et ses costumes ou le prêt à porter
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour le souci du détail et la capacité d’identifier les éventuelles améliorations. Vous êtes force de propositions concernant les modifications sur nos costumes (cela nécessite des connaissances dans la couture)
  • Organisé(e) avec un bel esprit de synthèse, vous avez un bon relationnel et savez travailler en équipe
  • Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C1) et d’anglais intermédiaire (B1)
  • Vous savez utiliser le Pack Office et Adobe (Illustrator)
  • Vous êtes idéalement titulaire du permis B depuis plus de deux ans afin de pouvoir conduire un véhicule de société
