Ce que vous ferez 🌟

Intégré(e) à l’équipe de Réception de l’un de nos Hôtels, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Accueil : effectuer les « check in » et les « check out » des visiteurs de l’hôtel dans le respect des procédures et des protocoles, les informer sur le contenu de leur réservation
  • Informations : guider les visiteurs et répondre à leurs questions pour optimiser leur journée, donner des indications utiles à l’organisation de leur séjour
  • Communication : créer des moments d’interaction personnalisés en lien avec le thème de l’hôtel pour dépasser les attentes de petits et grands
  • Gestion de situations : palier les désagréments éventuels (exemple : piscine fermée) en proposant des solutions alternatives
  • Effectuer des actions de vente complémentaire : proposition de chambre de catégorie supérieure, petit-déjeuner, etc.

Ce que nous recherchons 💼

  • Formation : vous préparez à la rentrée un BTS Management en Hôtellerie Restauration option C
  • Langues : français courant (C2) et anglais intermédiaire (B1). Une troisième langue européenne (B1) est un plus
  • Vous placez la satisfaction client au cœur de vos actions et vous avez le sens du service, 
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bonne humeur, votre facilité à communiquer, et votre sens de l’entraide
  • Flexibilité : vous serez amené(e) à travailler en semaine et weekend de 6h30 à 00h00.
