Sous la responsabilité du Manager Prévention, le ou la Technicien(ne) Prévention apporte son support technique et administratif à l’équipe du pôle Safety Opérationnelle et s’assure de la bonne réalisation des missions qui lui sont confiées et ce, avec la qualité de service que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients tout en respectant nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Efficacité et Spectacle.

La mission de l’équipe du pôle Safety Opérationnelle est de contribuer à la protection de la santé physique des salariés, des intervenants d’entreprises extérieures et de nos visiteurs afin de préserver le capital humain, l’image de marque et les intérêts juridiques et financiers de Disneyland Paris.

Intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe en charge de la Prévention des Risques pour les 2 parcs et le Disney Village, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Coordinateurs préventions et Techniciens prévention du secteur « Opérations des Parcs ».

Vous travaillerez sur des sujets tels que l’accidentologie, l’ergonomie, les gestes et postures, le bruit, la glissance des sols, la circulation des piétons, les risques liés aux véhicules en mouvement sur les attractions.

Vos missions :

  • Appliquer et veiller au respect des procédures opérationnelles, de la réglementation, des standards de l'entreprise et américains.

  • Créer ou mettre à jour des documents de références (document unique d’évaluation des risques DUER, tableau de bord sur l’accidentologie, …).

  • Réaliser des évaluations des risques, métrologies (bruit, glissance, …), visites terrain.

  • Analyser les fiches techniques des produits chimiques et autoriser ou non l’utilisation des produits (pour les salariés ou ceux d'entreprises extérieures partenaires).

  • Participer aux réunions de reporting régulier avec les autres parcs Disney aux Etats-Unis.

  • Participer à certaines missions transverses au pôle.

  • Être force de proposition afin de contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, etc….

  • Gérer les priorités sur votre périmètre d'activité en fonction des contraintes identifiées et des missions/tâches confiées.

Votre profil :

De formation Bac+2/ +3 en QHSSE, vous avez une expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum en sécurité au travail.

Analytique et rigoureux(se), vous avez le sens de l’organisation et êtes un(e) bon(ne) communiquant(e) tout en ayant un bon sens de la diplomatie.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe ainsi qu’en proximité des équipes sur le terrain.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec le Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

Vous maîtrisez le français à l’écrit comme à l’oral (niveau C1 minimum) ainsi que l’anglais (idéalement niveau B2).

Ce poste nécessite une réelle flexibilité horaire afin de mener les missions confiées.

Ce poste est basé à Chessy, en contrat CDI et au statut Agent de maîtrise assimilé cadre.
