Zur Verstärkung des Inhouse-Legal Teams suchen wir einen Counsel (m/w/d)

In enger Abstimmung mit dem Senior Counsel GSA und den lokalen Business-Teams wirst du kommerzielle Verträge entwerfen und rechtliche Beratung in den Bereichen E-Commerce & Verbraucherschutz (Zivilrecht, Wettbewerbsrecht), Externe Personaldienstleistungen (Arbeitsrecht, insbesondere Dienstverträge für freie Mitarbeiter und Verträge nach dem Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz) und Marketing-Transaktionen (z. B. Barter-Deals, Influencer-Verträge) und damit verbundene Rechtsgebiete (Zivil- und Arbeitsrecht) geben.

Dazu gehört die rechtliche Beratung, die Einschätzung von Risiken sowie die rechtlich/kommerziell fundierte Begleitung im Tagesgeschäft.

Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4+ Tage) aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten, mit einem Tag Homeoffice.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Anwendung von E-Commerce-, Verbraucher- und Wettbewerbsrecht sowie allgemeinem Zivilrecht in unterschiedlichen Kontexten

  • Bearbeitung von Verbraucherstreitigkeiten

  • Entwurf und Verhandlung von Promotionsverträgen (Barter-Deals, Influencer-Verträge) sowie Entwurf von Bedingungen für B2C-Verträge, unter Berücksichtigung zivil- und arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben

  • Betreuung externer Personalthemen unter Berücksichtigung arbeitsrechtlicher Anforderungen, insbesondere Dienstverträge für freie Mitarbeiter und Arbeitnehmerüberlassung Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler Disney-Richtlinien

  • Förderung einer „Continuous Improvement“-Kultur im Team: Prozesse, Richtlinien und Verfahren sollen das Geschäft schützen und gleichzeitig Kosten senken

  • Beobachtung und Beratung zu relevanten Gesetzes- und Branchenentwicklungen

  • Koordination mit den Rechtsabteilungen in EMEA und den USA

  • Implementierung und Überwachung von Workflows und Prozessen sowie deren Optimierung

  • Pflege strukturierter Ordner und Übersichten in der gemeinsamen Datenbank

  • Aktualisierung von Vorlagen in Abstimmung mit dem Senior Counsel

Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

  • Signifikante Berufserfahrung in einer Medienrechtskanzlei und/oder Rechtsabteilung eines Medienunternehmens

  • Abschluss beider Examina (Befähigung zum Richteramt, 2. Staatsexamen) mit mindestens einem vollzufriedenstellendem Ergebnis (Note "vollbefriedigend")

  • Expertise im E-Commerce-, Verbraucherschutz- und Zivilrecht sowie starkes kommerzielles Verständnis

  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im rechtlichen Schreiben und Erstellen komplexer Verträge

  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz in kreativem, komplexem und internationalem Umfeld zu agieren

  • Proaktive Problemlösungskompetenz und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Stärke im Priorisieren und Anpassen von Anforderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld

  • Talent, Beziehungen aufzubauen und effektiv in unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Arbeitsumgebungen zu agieren

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, schriftlich und mündlich
