We deliver experiences to consumers through Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Lines, and Disney Vacation Club. We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digitally led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives such as Hey, Disney!

This role sits in the 3PO organization within DX Tech & Digital. As Senior Analyst, Business Information & Analysis, you will deliver data-driven insights to empower decision-making across the organization, contribute to process efficiencies, and support core planning processes (annual operating plan, capital plan, long-term plan, monthly & quarterly forecasts, resource management).

In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand program needs, support strategic direction, and contribute to initiative delivery. The position requires a detail-oriented and analytical thinker capable of engaging and persuading peers and leaders to adopt new insights, strategies, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Contribute to monthly, annual and long-term forecasting activities, ensuring data accuracy and identifying potential risks in collaboration with Finance and department leads. Understand the process, data inputs, and variances for leadership reporting.

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Apply modeling techniques and visualization tools to support hypotheses, forecast trends and story tell.

  • Data Governance: Assist in implementing data management practices and governance policies. Support data quality initiatives and help resolve data-related issues.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness. Define compelling arguments and business cases to support proposed initiatives.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized documentation of metrics, program progress, and analytical findings to support transparency and informed decision-making.

  • Program Support & Strategy Alignment: Contribute to program planning, execution tracking, and data consolidation efforts that align with organizational goals. Support storytelling and presentation of findings and opportunities to leadership.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external teams as well as business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Change Enablement: Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement by contributing ideas and participating in change initiatives including serving as a thought partner.

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data or business analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial planning and process improvement.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and the core concepts of relational data.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).

  • Understanding of Snowflake or other DBMS integrations and use cases, or an eagerness to learn

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and project management methodologies.

  • Ability to create compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate data insights effectively.

  • Experience in the Technology industry or domain, working with financial partners.
