La Direction Finance à Disneyland® Paris :

La Division Finance a pour responsabilité de développer une planification stratégique et financière robuste. Département clé pour Disneyland Paris et The Walt Disney Company, elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des divisions de l’entreprise en vue d’optimiser la rentabilité financière et la croissance sur le long terme, tout en se concentrant sur sa transformation interne.

Accompagné de votre manager, vous interviendrez en support des analystes dans l’élaboration des planifications financières et des clotures mensuelles. Vous serez également amené à participer aux analystes ad-hoc ainsi qu’aux projets de transformation 

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ? Votre stage peut débuter à partir de novembre 2025.

Vos missions 🎯

  • Vous analysez et expliquez mensuellement les écarts entre le budget, les prévisions et le réalisé en étroite collaboration avec votre manager et les autres équipes Finances de la division
  • Vous préparez et envoyez les écritures comptables et analytiques lors des clôtures mensuelles
  • Vous mettez à jour les reportings et indicateurs principaux de performance de la division
  • Vous coordonnez les processus de prévisions (LTP, AOP, Forecast)
  • Vous participez activement à la gestion de projets Finance et êtes force de proposition
  • Vous participez à l’élaboration et à la restitution des présentations financières ainsi que les messages à faire passer (storytelling)

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparez un diplôme niveau Bac +4/+5 Ecole de commerce ou Université avec une spécialisation en finance (Contrôle de gestion ou Audit)
  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie dans le domaine
  • Vous avez un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire (B1) et un niveau de français confirmé (C1)
  • Vous maitrisez les outils de bureautique (Pack office)
  • Vous avez idéalement des connaissances en outils de visualisation tels que Power BI et tableau Software
  • Vous êtes à l’aise en communication orale et écrite et faites preuve d’une aisance relationnelle
  • Vous êtes doté d’un fort esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de curiosité et d’autonomie au quotidien
