The DVC Sales Operations Communication & Integration Manager plays a critical role in driving communication strategy, operational alignment, and cross-functional collaboration for the DVC Sales organization. This role leads the Communications and Production team—responsible for developing messaging, crafting content, and producing both video and in-person presentations that support sales initiatives and cast engagement.

This position partners closely with Disney Vacation Club, Disney Parks and Resorts, Marketing, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication, seamless integration, and alignment on priorities across the business.

This role is based in Disney’s Saratoga Springs resort.

This position reports to Sales Operations Manager.

You Will:

  • Hire, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Communications and Production Coordinators.

  • Provide creative direction and feedback on visual and written communications for Disney Vacation Club Sales.

  • Develop and implement internal communications to inform, educate, and provide Sales Experiences Cast Members with critical, time-sensitive information.

  • Lead Sales Experience communication planning and strategy for projects, including operational procedure updates to support successful implementation and completion.

  • Develop integrated Cast communications relating to policies, procedures, training, and development to continuously improve Cast knowledge levels and achieve departmental efficiencies.

  • Create specialized presentations, speeches, materials, and audiovisuals for Town Halls, Team Meetings, and other forums in support of the Disney Vacation Club Sales leadership team.

  • Review and edit internal-facing communication drafts and videos for accuracy and departmental impact.

  • Communicate upcoming operational impacts in a timely manner that may influence labor forecasting.

You Will Have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or organizational development

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – with the ability to craft compelling messages, deliver them across multiple channels, and engage audiences at every level, from front-line Cast to executive leadership.

  • Proven experience leading communications strategy – including developing messaging frameworks, managing campaigns, and guiding teams through organizational change with clarity and confidence.

  • Strategic project leadership – demonstrated success managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering high-quality results on deadline.

  • Strong creative direction and content development skills – including shaping speeches, presentations, video scripts, and written materials that align with business goals and inspire action.

  • Expert-level collaboration and influence – the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions, advise leaders, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.

  • Coaching and leadership expertise – a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering creativity, and delivering constructive feedback that drives growth.

  • Deep understanding of Disney operations and culture – with extensive knowledge of Disney Vacation Club, Disney Parks & Resorts policies, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

  • A strategic mindset and problem-solving approach – capable of anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities, and delivering innovative communication solutions that support both business outcomes and Cast engagement.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
