Job Summary

Disney are looking for a culturally attuned, highly organised and creative Influencer Supervisor to join our team to help shape and deliver standout influencer campaigns for Disney+. Sitting within the regional Disney+ social team, this role supports the Senior Social Media Manager in executing earned creator strategies that drive buzz, build advocacy, and elevate our titles across both the UK and EMEA.

You’ll lead the day-to-day execution of our influencer strategy, from creator outreach and creative development to campaign delivery and ambassador programme management. Collaborating closely with agencies, talent, and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure every activation is brand-aligned, strategically sound, and delivers measurable impact against our broader business goals.

The Influencer Supervisor will be joining a team that’s passionate about what we do. We approach our work with a positive mindset with creative approaches to problem-solving, no matter the task. We support each other to do the same. We’re respectful of each other and are individually committed to each fostering a team that is trusting, transparent and inclusive. We are committed to excellence at all levels and are always looking to improve. We know that our roles can require resilience, and we support each other to flourish.

The opportunity for you:

  • The chance to shape innovative and creative influencer campaigns for some of the biggest TV shows on the planet – from UK Originals such as Rivals and A Thousand Blows, to tentpole US shows such as Ryan’s Murphy’s upcoming All’s Fair and the return of Percy Jackson, to some of our most beloved long running series such as Grey’s Anatomy and Modern Family.

  • Lead the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, from briefing, ideation, partner selection, through to campaign wrap.

  • Support the development of creative concepts that extend across earned, owned, and paid channels.

  • Ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals, navigating our internal legal and compliance processes.

  • Elevate and maintain the day-to-day management of our Disney+ UK ambassador programme, ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, comms and performance teams to drive a unified, strategic approach to priority title promotion.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment and a strong moral compass when reviewing influencer content, ensuring all activations align with Disney+ values, guardrails and uphold brand integrity across platforms.

  • Vet and onboard new creators as needed, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.

  • Track campaign KPIs and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to help inform future campaigns. Contribute to post-campaign analysis and stakeholder reporting.

  • Provide strategic counsel to local EMEA markets, sharing campaign learnings and developing best practice playbooks to support regional execution.

  • Manage agency relationships, including briefing, budgeting, and delivery oversight.

  • Stay plugged into creator culture, emerging platforms, and audience behaviours.

  • Share insights and opportunities to evolve our influencer strategy in line with cultural moments.

The experience you will have:

  • You thrive in complex, matrixed environments, confidently navigating established processes while collaborating cross-functionally with agencies, creative teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver seamless execution.

  • Briefing influencer agencies is second nature, you combine data-driven insight with a nuanced, human approach, tailoring strategies to fit creators rather than defaulting to one-size-fits-all.

  • You champion a test-and-learn approach, leveraging analytics and KPI frameworks to trial new strategies, refine performance, and fuel ongoing innovation.

  • You bring a robust understanding of industry standards and legal frameworks governing influencer marketing, ensuring all activations are compliant, brand-safe, and reputationally sound.

  • You live and breathe social, fluent across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X, with a sharp eye for emerging talent, platform shifts, and cultural trends that shape the creator economy.

  • You’re able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders all at once with clarity and a sense of calm.

  • Your black book of creators, agents, and agencies is second to none, built on trusted relationships and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape across entertainment, lifestyle, and pop culture.

  • You boast a collaborative mindset and proactive can-do approach to problem-solving

  • You’re passionate about great TV and consistently channel that curiosity into fresh, innovative thinking.

  • You’re passionate about great television across genres, and channel that curiosity into your work, always seeking fresh angles, new voices, and creative ways to spark conversation.

  • Experience within a streaming service, broadcaster, or entertainment brand is a strong advantage, bringing valuable context to campaign development and audience engagement.

The Perks:

  • 25 days annual leave

  • Private medical insurance & dental care

  • Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free

  • Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort food and beverages and ticketing

  • Business Resource Groups – Women @ Disney, Diversity @ Disney, Pride @ Disney etc.
