Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité du Manager de service, vous encadrez une équipe de 13  personnes, composée de chefs de projet et de techniciens de laboratoire, sur deux segments d’activité différents et délivrez les résultats opérationnels et la qualité de service que DLP à décidé d'offrir à ses clients. Vous organisez les taches et accompagnez leur développement dans le respect des objectifs et des enjeux calendaires, techniques, budgétaires et environnementaux en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et Inclusion.

Missions principales :

En tant que Chef de Groupe, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

  • Anticiper, déterminer et superviser les plans d'actions et/ou projets en maintenant une forte présence terrain et un dialogue continu avec les équipes.
  • Gérer le plan de charge des collaborateurs au regard de l'activité.
  • Anticiper et gérer les besoins du département en ressources.
  • Appliquer les règles de sécurité sur son périmètre d'activité.
  • Déployer et suivre la stratégie définie avec le Manager, être force de proposition et garantir la satisfaction des clients internes.
  • Accompagner techniquement et dans l’organisation les membres de l’équipe dans leurs missions quotidiennes.
  • Renforcer les partenariats avec les services supports (Maintenance Opérationnelle, Ateliers Centraux, Assurance Qualité…) et les autres pôles ingénierie.
  • Optimiser la diffusion de l’information afin d’assurer une communication efficace sur l’ensemble des activités du service.
  • Déterminer puis préserver les fondamentaux de son activité: ressources / moyens, calendaires, budgétaires, techniques, sécuritaires, réglementaires et environnementaux.
  • Piloter les réunions de priorisations des actions avec les partenaires internes.
  • Piloter et analyser les KPI du service pour assurer un suivi précis de la performance et ainsi orienter les plans d'actions.
  • Coordonner et synthétiser les actions de l’équipe et communiquer régulièrement auprès de votre hiérarchie.
  • Participer à des projets du secteur d'activité et contribuer aux initiatives déployées sur la division.

Profil :

Vous êtes idéalement titulaire d’un Diplôme de niveau BAC + 5 (ingénieur généraliste) ou  BAC +2 avec 10 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion de projet technique, et avez l’ouverture d’esprit et une capacité d’adaptation vous permettant de prendre en main des projets ne faisant pas partie de votre domaine d’activité.

Maitrise du Pack Office requise.
