Job Summary:

C’est participer à la magie des lieux en étant au cœur de la coordination des interventions.

Au sein du département Design & Delivery et sous la supervision de la Manager Construction et en partenariat avec le Chef de Projet Food, vous serez en charge de la coordination et de la gestion des projets qui vous seront confiés, en veillant au respect de la législation, de nos standards et au respect de nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et Inclusion.

  • Analyser le Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) Cuisine rédigé par le Bureau d’Etude cuisine et vérifier sa cohérence avec les standards en vigueur chez Disneyland Paris
  • Participer aux visites de site avec les entreprises candidates et analyser leurs offres techniques
  • Participer aux soutenances des entreprises
  • Vérifier la cohérence des plans et études d’exécution avec le cahier des charges et les standards
  • Détecter les écarts par rapport aux objectifs techniques ou qualitatifs, alerter les parties prenantes et déployer des actions correctives.
  • Suivre les demandes de modifications techniques, analyser leurs impacts en termes de coûts et de planning, et communiquer ces éléments au Chef de Projet.
  • Contrôler la conformité des travaux réalisés (cloisonnement, mise en place des réseaux, pose des sols/ murs/plafonds, implantation, raccordement et tests des équipements)
  • Participer activement à la réception du projet, à sa mise en service, puis à son passage en phase d’exploitation, en coordination avec les équipes de maintenance et les services opérationnels.
  • Assurer le suivi de la Garantie de Parfait Achèvement (GPA) en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles et de maintenance.
  • Assurer le retour d’expérience avec l’Expert Cuisine.
  • Animer les réunions de suivi, rédiger les comptes-rendus et mettre en forme les documents et supports liés au projet.

Votre profil / Vos atouts pour réussir ?

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la construction ou/et réhabilitation de bâtiments, spécialisé en cuisines industrielles et collectives, et restauration commerciale.
  • Une expérience en Bureau d’études/ Entreprises spécialisés dans les travaux de Cuisines professionnelles est exigée.
  • Organisé(e) et méthodique, vous avez le sens des priorités et vous savez gérer plusieurs projets en simultané.
  • Communicant(e) aguerri(e), vous aimez et savez travailler en équipe.
  • Vous savez lire et interprétez des plans, schémas techniques, des plans de préventions.
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office.

Ce poste est au statut Cadre et est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDD de 18 mois.
